From Qui-Gon's Blog : Songs

The room was silent, lit only by a purple lava lamp. A beaded curtain in the doorway rustled with a gentle breeze from the vent on the ceiling, casting waving shadows. Several of the posters, covered in a light layer of velvet, glowed neon shades in the low illumination.
There was a whoosh of displaced air and the regular occupant suddenly returned after over a month's absence. Qui-Gon Jinn was home.
He took a deep air-less breath, drinking the familiar sights and sounds of the place he knew so well. With an ethereal wave of his ghostly hand, the overhead lights brought sudden illumination to the room. He smiled broadly, catching sight of a holo-pic of both himself and JawaJuice on Tatooine, after the end of Survivor. They wore grins, though the exhaustion was evident in their eyes. Qui-Gon sighed, still smiling.
He drifted downstairs, going slowly, taking in the sights as if he'd never been in the house before. "JJ?" he called in the main room of the flat. The place was nearly silent. The only noise came from the closed kitchen.

From Palpatine's Blog: Domestic spying…what’s the problem?

As you all know, we are in the middle of a war. Count Dooku, General Grevious, and the Separatist leaders have brought us to this war when they attacked us on Geonosis. It’s their fault, not mine.

As Supreme Chancellor, and commander in chief of the grand army, the Senate has granted me the power to prosecute the war by ‘whatever means necessary’. Their words, not mine. Of course I really control them through the power of the dark side, but that’s not the point here.

Padmé: The Secret Club Thingy

Week one in the Big Brother house has been pretty fun. But because I’m a big time Senator and stuff, I still need to keep in contact with Coruscant. So I got this strange communication from Bail Organa. It seems that the Senate’s very own Big Brother (aka Chancellor Palpatine) has been doing some totally weird things lately. Like spying on people. And he keeps, like, finding ways to give himself more power. Senator Organa says that he and some other cool Senators are like, organizing a secret club to talk about it!

Lt Cmdr Oneida: Movie Night at BB:N

To give us something to do, the show producers decided we should have a movie night. They selected the movie to show us. We were excited, this wasn’t some old release from the movie store, it was a new to the theaters movie. So what did they select for us to watch? Tristan and Isolde.

If you haven’t seen this movie and want to and/or are unfamiliar with the legend, I’d recommend NOT reading this post.

Want to hear me complain about the movie? Click here. If you want to hear wonderful things about it, uhh, I don't know where you should go, sorry.

From Big Brother: Naboo -- "Typho: Puttering in the Kitchen"

After listening to Jar Jar's description of the first challenge, JJ and I had a huddle to talk over how we were going to handle this.

"I already know what to cook," said the little Jawa as he puffed on his cigar. "Chilled Bantha testicles. Who doesn't love that? We'll win hands down."

From Padme's Blog: BORING...

After all the excitement of the past couple weeks, I am bored. Bored, bored, bored.

Now that the Clone War has begun and the Grand Army of the Republic has been created, there is like, totally nothing happening in the Senate. Chancellor Palpatine is all like "I’ll handle everything." It’s getting kinda annoying and creepy, actually. I mean, what is this, a dictatorship?

From Lt Cmndr Oneida: Through the Doors

We landed in Coruscant 12 hours later. Told you I was close to making it without incident. I had my belongs packed and ready to go hours before we were to dock. The plan was to stop by my new quarters, my apartment, drop off my belongings, and then head down to the civilian space port and catch a ship to Naboo. And I was to have an escort for my trip to Naboo. Not for any legitimate reason, just that the Admiral didn’t want anything happening between now and the time I arrived at the show. And I could even guess who my escort was.

From Special Forces Rage: A new mission

Yes I have a new mission, and yes I assigned it to my squad. The office was getting rather boring, and if I had to sit through another speech by master Yoda on refilling the executive coffee machine I would have gone stir crazy!

From General Grievous's blog: A hard decision

So, we were on our way to Anison, luggage packed and ready to leave Coruscant when a flight attendant came over and addressed Mael:

"Young sir, you are not allowed to have your Droid on board, kindly ask him to follow me to the cargo hold."
"Excuse me Miss, I am not merely a Droid, I am an officer, and as such I am entitled to sit here."
"So you are willing to pay for two seats?"
"Well, no, these seats are free."

From Big Brother: Naboo: "Typho: Moving In"

Moving day.
Moving day.
Originally uploaded by Captain Typho.
Another day, another reality show.

I didn’t volunteer for this one, though. It seems my mom loved those Survivor parties of hers so much she submitted my name for another game show without bothering to tell me.

Once again I’ll be living in front of cameras and rooming with strangers. At least this time we (presumably) can shower regularly and we won’t be living in a worm’s carcass. I would’ve passed on being part of this, but it is on Naboo and I’d rather be home than on Coruscant any day.

From Padme's Blog: War!

As I sit in the tranquil waiting area of Jedi Temple's Medical Wing, listening to the soft ripple of the waterfalls, I am finding it totally impossible to capture any calm. I feel angry, scared, confused, desperate... and way too sober.

War has broken out between the Republic and the Separatists. The Grand Army has been created. Actually, the army - which are all like, clones - already existed somehow and I totally can't figure that one out.

So, while I have some time here waiting, I will like try to catch up on this journal and stuff. Here's what happened...

From Lt Cmndr Oneida's Blog: Clone PSA

While the Lt. Cmndr is off doing whatever it is she's off doing, she asked that we provide some Public Service Announcements for you all. We've been pondering what to say, there are many dangers in the galaxies, and going through her stuff hasn't provided much that could start any good gossip.
